Application

In order to enroll in our North Carolina program all you need is a high school transcript or an equivalent degree, and a demonstrated interest in the dental assisting profession. You can access an application either by clicking the link below to complete it online, contacting us to request a copy of the application through email or US mail, or printing a copy to send in through the mail, email, or fax.

Along with your Application, you will also need to submit:

• A $35.00 non-refundable application fee
• A copy of your high school, college, or GED transcript (diploma copies can not be accepted)
• A $100 deposit in order to hold a seat in the class
  *Your deposit will go toward your tuition cost; however, if you choose not to attend the program this will become a NON-REFUNDABLE fee.
  *Seats are reserved on a first come, first serve basis in order of receipt of deposit.

If you would like to immediately secure your seat in the class, you are welcome to pay your deposit at the time of your application by contacting the office directly at (919) 878-2077.
