In order to enroll in our North Carolina program all you need is a high school transcript or an equivalent degree, and a demonstrated interest in the dental assisting profession. You can access an application either by clicking the link below to complete it online, contacting us to request a copy of the application through email or US mail, or printing a copy to send in through the mail, email, or fax.

Along with your Application, you will also need to submit:

  • A $35.00 non-refundable application fee
  • A copy of your high school, GED, or completed college transcript (diploma copies can not be accepted)
  • A $100 deposit in order to hold a seat in the class
    *Your deposit will go toward your tuition cost; however, if you choose not to attend the program this will become a NON-REFUNDABLE fee.
    *Seats are reserved on a first come, first serve basis in order of receipt of deposit.
